It is only recently that I learned about Chicken of the Woods. I first got introduced to them because my sister-in-law brought us a container of Hen of the Woods from Delaware. Then she introduced me to Chicken of the Woods, too. 

Immediately, I had to learn how to store chicken of the woods and also learn about them in general. I had no clue what they were or what to do with them.

I went into panic mode trying to figure it out, but I did, and they were amazing to have in the kitchen.
